Each year ERSGA updates the system to reflect Agency payroll frequency.  Payroll frequency is a critical component in the calculation of formula salary, and formula salary is key to the calculation of retirement benefits and employer forfeited leave costs.

Please verify and/or update Agency payroll frequency below:

Check the payroll frequency and validate it is the same frequency reported in the monthly file.

*If Agency payroll is Weekly or Bi-Weekly, there will be months with either five (5) pay periods or three (3) pay periods.  Indicate below the months in which the Agency will report five (5) pay periods or three (3) pay periods.
