ERSGA’s Legislative Affairs team provides members, retirees, and other interested parties with information regarding its efforts impacting our retirement plans at the state capitol. 

You may visit this page to access legislative updates and summaries of enacted legislation.  Interactive Maps are available to view populations of active and retired Employees’ Retirement System (ERS), Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS), Legislative Retirement System (LRS), and the Judicial Retirement System (JRS) members by County, Senate District, House District, or Congressional District, as well as Plan Participation information for Peach State Reserves.  These maps also provide annual benefit statistics for members.
